Red Wine by Hall from Napa Valley, California. For our 2004 Kathryn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon, our wine blending team, which included consulting winemaker David Ramey, crafted a voluptuous, symphonic cuvee that celebrates the depth and complexity of the very finest fruit from our spectrum of Napa Valley vineyards. Fragrant blackberry, cedar, ripe fig and leather aromas lead to lush plum and expressive coffee flavors. A velvety tannin structure cradles the deep, dark fruit with a dalliance of toasty wood which results in an opulent, full-bodied mouthfeel. Showing beautifully now, this wine will enjoy cellaring for up to fifteen years. - Richard Batchelor, Winemaker
White Wine by Hanna from Russian River, California. This estate Chardonnay offers rich pear and green apple flavors, along with notes of vanilla and spice. Crisp acidity balances the full body, making this wine exceptionally food-friendly. Enjoy it with pasta with cream sauce, grilled salmon, or roast chicken.
White Wine by Hanzell from Sonoma County, California. Massive, complex, with amazing depth, an opulent, voluptuous wine of tremendous power and authority. Its so beautiful now, you almost hesitate to cellar it, but these Hanzell Chards are built for the long haul. -Wine Enthusiast Honey and grapefruit, typical markers for Hanzells Chardonnay, are prominent at first, but then behind these are compelling characters of pastry shell (baked butter and flour), a delicate toast character from the barrels, almonds, milk and bread dough. A full, round presence in the mouth is supported by acidity that saves the broad and rich texture from being cloying. This vintage should mature in 2012 and carry through to 2020. - Michael Terrien
Red Wine by Hayman & Hill from Sonoma County, California. By spotlighting the best known varietal wines from premium growing regions, this Zinfandel is a geographical example of the synergy between variety, soil, and microclimate in Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley. This medium bodied wine has a vibrant, rich color. Crisp raspberry, warm Bing cherry and toffee, and dusty aromas reflect the famous red soils of the benchland and ridgetops of the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County. Maturation: Eighty eight percent of wine was aged for fourteen months in small oak barrels.
Red Wine by Hayman & Hill from Central Coast, California. Monterey County is a patchwork of climates; from cool up in the north to mighty toasty down in the south end. So what better region to put together a patchwork wine like Meritage? We love this style and believe we've found the perfect spot to make it. We're firm believers that sometimes the sum of the parts are greater than the individual components. Meritage blends are just that, the perfect marriage of several varieties, each grape bringing out the best in each other and representing the region with the utmost quality. Maturation: The full blend of this meritage wine was matured in small, American oak barrels for no less than eighteen months.
Red Wine by Hayman & Hill from Napa Valley, California. Crafted to express the diversity of Napa's soils and microclimates, this blend offers the distinctive varietal character for which the appellation has become famous. Big and Rich, this is a truly expressive Napa Cabernet. Rich chocolate with blueberry and raspberry notes, subtle hints of tobacco and leather and the classic dust & berry you find on the nose of most Napa Cabernets. Maturation: One hundred percent oak aged for sixteen months in small American and French barrels.

The Hess Collection Mountain Cuvee is the premiere release of our proprietary blend of estate grown Bordeaux and Rhone varieties. This wine reflects the many different terroirs of our steep Mount Veeder slopes. After over a quarter of a century farming Mount Veeder we have discovered which varietals excel in each unique vineyard block with their varying altitudes, exposures, soil, and micro-climatic conditions. We were thus led to the Mountain Cuvee by listening to the mountain. A Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah blend, the wine is both powerful, yet elegant. The lifted aroma profile of floral notes, red cherry, vanilla, spice and cedar is followed by a second layer of black licorice, wild berry, and pepper. These aromas follow through in the flavors of bright red fruit, spice and a fleshy round palate integrated with French oak and a satin finish. Enjoy this new release - a true expression of wine from mountain vineyards. Blend: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Syrah, 14% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Franc
Ros? Wine by I'M from Napa Valley, California. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon This Rose is made in the Saignee style. Saignee is a process which not only lends itself to the production of the Rose wine, but also enhances the quality and richness of a red wine. Cabernet Sauvignon is the last grape to be harvested, as it matures the latest. Due to the nature of the grape, the bottling and release of this wine is later than most Roses. I'M Rose is a dry wine with good structure, acidity, and an enjoyable long finish. The acidity lends itself well to diverse styles of food. Being Cabernet Sauvignon, there is a lot of substance and a hint of tannin for a greater mouth feel. This wine pairs extremely well with Thai and other haute-Asian cuisines, barbecue and pastas.
