Red Wine by Dashe from Sonoma County, California. Dashe doesn't know why the Zinfandel vines at the Big River Ranch - just a few miles southeast of the town of Healdsburg - produce such inky-black, concentrated wines, but they certainly recognized from the start that this vineyard was sure to produce one of their very best Zinfandels. These head-trained vines on the rocky, red, steep slopes consistently produce a huge wine: thick, flavorful, and seductively rich. By combining this Zinfandel with a small amount of Petite Sirah from vines on the same ranch, Dashe was able to create a small amount of a wine that they feel is one of their most stylish and balanced, as well as mouth-filling, creations.

Red Wine by David Bruce from Sonoma County, California. This vintage is a selection of superb Pinot Noir grapes from the Sonoma Coast. The region combines cool ocean climate and sufficient rainfall to promote natural sugar development and flavorful grape acidity. Nose: This wine has an expression of red cherry, cranberry and plum coupled with lingering notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and a subtle hint of clove. Palate: Red cherry, plum, vanilla, citrus, toasted pine nuts with a mineral aspect. Fine tannin structure and a long finish.

Using estate grapes and selected fruit from growers in the Russian River Valley, the Russian River Valley series of wines represent the heart and soul of Deloach Vineyard's offerings. Consistently award wining and satisfying, the wines exhibit an elegant fruit-forward flavor profile unique to this appelation. Our Russian River Valley zinfandel is a blend of five zinfandel ranches planted between 1895 and 1934. Located within one mile of the winery, these vineyards comprise the heart of the De Loach Estate. With careful vineyard management, these head-pruned vines grow in light soils and produce intense fruit from very low yields.
White Wine by Dog House from California. A youthful, playful, fruit-driven wine with refreshing aromas of juicy lemon and sweet citrus blossom. Caramel apple flavors complement creamy malolactic textures. The rich mouthfeel is well-balanced by a friendly nip of bright acidity. Vanilla nuances from malolactic fermentation wrap up with a fresh and clean finish. Enjoy with crispy fried chicken, seafood pasta and grilled salmon on sunny dog-day afternoons.
Vintage by Dom. Carneros from Carneros, California. This superb, handcrafted sparkling wine, immediately reminiscent of the Taittinger style, is marked by an exceptional refinement and finesse. Its brilliant straw gold color is punctuated by strands of persistent, pinpoint bubbles. The subtle, ripe fruit richness of the Pinot Noir is balanced by the elegant depth and structure of the Chardonnay, converging in notes of toast and vanilla which linger in the extended finish.
Vintage by Dom. Carneros from Carneros, California. The 2004 vintage was the earliest harvest in memory. The early spring was followed by nearly ideal ripening conditions and the crop was small, as were 2002 and 2003. The resulting Brut cuvee is one of Dom. Carneros' most fragrant vintages. The 2004 cuvee is composed of 61% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Blanc. Approximately 9% of the cuvee underwent malolactic fermentation prior to blending the cuvee for tirage bottling. The wine has been aged for three years prior to release and will further age gracefully in your cellar (if you can resist opening). This cuvee has wonderful fruit aromas of pears, baked apples and citrus peel enhanced with hints of caramel, spice. The wine is unusually round for its age, very mouth-filling and with a long creamy finish. Lovely served with double or triple cream cheeses, it also matches especially well with fish, shellfish, poultry and most Asian dishes.
Non-Vintage by Domaine Chandon from Carneros, California. This Carneros-designated Blanc de Noirs has a delicate copper color and fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry overlaid with warm cocoa from Pinot Noir. Its softer cousin Pinot Meunier contributes a warm spice, almost clove character with overtones of orange peel and freshly baked bread. To enhance this Cuvee 391, wines from the 1991 vintage were blended with selected 'vin de reserve' held back from previous years. 1991 was characterized by cool conditions during maturation and harvest, critical to flavor development for sparkling wine. Three years of aging lends this wine breadth and body, while retaining its freshness and fruitiness. The balance is stylishly crisp, reflecting the Carneros region's full ripe flavors.
Non-Vintage by Domaine Chandon from California. This wine offers the balance and elegance that has become Chandon's hallmark style. When you taste Brut Classic, look for nutty flavors with hints of brioche that build to a refreshing dry finish. The wine delivers complex apple and pear characteristics accented by citrus spice over notes of almond and caramel in the bouquet.
Non-Vintage by Domaine Chandon from North Coast, California. A complex sparkling wine created in a robust style that offers weight and dimension to the palate. With extended time on the yeast, this wine has a creamy texture, combining aromas of toasted hazelnuts with notes of black cherry, baked apple and ginger.
Red Wine by Dominus from Napa Valley, California. Napanook is made solely from grapes grown in the historic Napanook Vineyard in Yountville, Napa Valley. Napanook is blended from blocks in the vineyard that were carefully selected for their lively fruit, soft tannins and early maturing characteristics. The 2004 vintage consists of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Merlot and 1% Malbec. This wine is created to be consumed young, and enjoyed with food, but will also age well from up to 10 years. Christian Moueix recommends decanting the wine before serving to allow it to reach its full potential. The 2004 vintage has a deep ruby color, with a ripe, fruity nose. The intense aroma of clove and raspberry leads to a hint of chocolate. This wine feels like velvet in your mouth. The sweet, lingering tannins develop into an expression of sun-dried cherries.
White Wine by Dry Creek Vineyard from Russian River, California. The 2005 Russian River Chardonnay begins with abundant aromas of peach, apricot, pear, and toasted almonds. More complex aromas of spice and hazelnut are revealed after several minutes in the glass. On the palate, crisp acidity from Dry Creek's cool weather vineyards strike an excellent balance with subtle oak nuances. The finish is long and lingering with additional vanilla and cream elements that add even more finesse and elegance to this beautiful wine.
White Wine by Dry Creek Vineyard from Sonoma County, California. Crafted in the traditional Loire Valley style, Dry Creek's Chenin Blanc is stainless steel fermented to preserve the fresh tropical aromas and bright acidity that have become hallmarks of this wine. At first swirl, the wine displays notes of melon, peach, and lemon peel. On the palate, crisp acidity is balanced with juicy tropical fruit flavors and additional hints of honeysuckle and rose petal. The finish is precise and harmonious with wonderful intensity and flavor - a perfect match with fresh shucked oysters or spicy Thai food.
Red Wine by Duckhorn from Napa Valley, California. Our Estate Grown wines are blended using the best lots of our Estate ranches. In any given harvest we have 30 or more separate lots of Estate wine. With these vineyards, we harvest the grapes at natural maturity, going through vineyard sites several times, picking only the ripe fruit with each pass. The final blend for our Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon is approachable in its youth, with a soft texture and notable finesse, but also has the structure to carry forward for a decade or longer. This is a full-bodied wine with an integrated palate structure, firm ripe tannins, and a lingering finish. The aroma is bright with a mix of raspberry, black currant, blueberry, and a floral note underscored by tobacco and oak. The flavors are subdued but complex with ripe cherry, blackberry, and blueberry followed by and a spicy hint of pepper. 81% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Cabernet Franc 5% Petit Verdot 4% Merlot Deep inky crimson hue with a fuchsia rim. A meld of aromas sweet maple, walnut and black fruit with a hint of blue cheese. Soft palate-feel on entry with earthy, spicy flavors that pick up a nutty appeal. Seamless integration of fruit and oak-laced tannins. Red Wine by Echelon from Central Coast, California. A lovely garnet in color, the wine exhibits aromas of cherry liquor, mint and toasted oak. At this young age, the wine shows flavors of dark cherries and cocoa, with a slight oakiness. Enjoyable upon release, this Merlot will gain complexity with two or three years of cellar aging. It is delicious with pork loin, wild game and rich pastas.
Red Wine by Esser Vineyards from California. 80% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Syrah The blended wine shows plenty of ripe cherry and plum fruit in its aromas, backed by a combination of mocha, black tea and licorice tones. Full and round on the palate, its ripeness give the wine a profile of baked black fruits, along with suggestions of black tea and cocoa.
