This three ridge cuvee rings true aromatic tropical accents, layered with peach and pineapple ending with a slight lemon-lime mineral component. The body is medium in weight yet elegant and offers an exceptional long finish.

Blend: 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc The nose starts off with dark, jammy fruits, cedar wood spice, clove and toasted marshmallow. Bright cherry fruit on the entry with notes of dark cocoa. Smooth, lingering tannins lead to a rich, silky finish. Will age nicely for the next 5-7 years.

Ros? Wine by Toad Hollow from Sonoma County, California. This is Toad Hollow's ninth vintage of Pinot Noir Rose and one of their best to date. It has incredible body and weight. This wine is a beautiful pink with a hint of Beaujolais blue, and has a nose of rose petals and violets. It is a truly dry, uncomplicated statement of Pinot Noir at its lightest and most delicate. Spice and pepper bring out the wonderful wild strawberry flavors. This wine is great with sushi and wasabi or spicy Thai food.

Trefethen's primary estate vineyard is located in the heart of the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley AVA, which occupies an ideal climate zone between Napa's warmer up-valley districts and its cool southern tip. The marine influence of nearby San Pablo Bay allows their estate Chardonnay grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, developing concentrated flavors while retaining high levels of acidity. Trefethen 2005 Chardonnay exudes beguiling ripe, yellow apple, peach, honeyed citrus and light butter scents, with intriguing hints of anise and tarragon. On the beautifully structured palate, its bright apple, lemon and pineapple flavors boast a refreshing minerality that persists throughout the wine's long, clean finish. This Chardonnay makes a wonderful match for dishes with bold citrus and tarragon flavors. Roasted chicken, veal piccata, lemon fettuccini Alfredo and succulent pork loin are just a few examples.
Red Wine by Trinchero from North Coast, California. Composition: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot Once again, Trinchero's Lake County and Central Coast vineyards yielded a powerful Cab that is deep, dense and ripe with black cherry, plum and a hint of earthiness. It delivers the warm fruit and broad mouth feel typical of Trinchero Cabernet Sauvignon. White Wine by Trinchero from California. This Chardonnay displays the tropical flavors and great acidity typical of Trinchero's Los Alamos Vineyard in Santa Barbara County. There's a slight spice on the silky smooth finish. Many think that Chardonnays must go with cream sauce pastas and lighter dishes, but this Chardonnay can even be paired with dishes that have a touch of heat. Red Wine by Two Angels from North Coast, California. The 2005 Two Angels Petite Sirah is dark as the night and boasts savory aromas of dark berry, violets, pomegranate, tamarind and roasted game. Abundant fruit flavors are nicely integrated with toasted oak and roasted coffee undertones. What is especially alluring, given the dark color and ample, rich tannins, is the round, almost silky mouthfeel and the pleasing, lingering finish. Serve at room temperature with robust dishes, including beef, venison, turkey, game birds and semi-soft or hard cheeses.
White Wine by Two Angels from North Coast, California. This vintage of Two Angels Sauvignon Blanc was hand sorted twice; once before de-stemming and once after. Then the wine went through extended cold fermentation (three weeks at 50F) to preserve the natural, vibrant fruit characteristics of the grape. Midway through fermentation, the wine was racked, resulting in a wine that displays a complex blend of melon, citrus blossom, fennel, and honeysuckle. Elegant and balanced, the 2005 vintage has a clean, crisp, long finish. Serve slightly chilled, a great accompaniment to fish and shellfish.
White Wine by Valley of the Moon from Sonoma County, California. This traditional Alsatian-style wine is a blend of grapes from vineyards that are located in the Russian River Valley and the Southern Sonoma Valley. Both viticultural areas have deep alluvial soil and a cool climate due to the moderating influence of the Pacific Ocean and the San Pablo Bay. These cool microclimates are responsible for preserving the crisp acidity and fresh fruit character of the wine. Aromas of honeysuckle, pear and lime are accented with a hint of hazelnut. Rich and complex tropical and citrus fruit flavors lead to a creamy finish balanced with crisp green apple tartness. Aromas of cassis, cocoa powder, vanilla and sarsaparilla are interwoven with flavors of black currant, dried plums and cherries, and chocolate. Dense, with a slightly sweet finish that lingers on. Red Wine by Voss Vineyards from Napa Valley, California. Vineyard The fruit for our VV2 Syrah is grown at our vineyard in Rutherford. The Voss Vineyard purchased in 1996 contains primarily clay loam soils, which encourage moderate vigor in the vines. When combined with an ideal climate of warm days and cool nites, this site gives Syrah rich in flavor and texture. Vintage The 2002 vintage began early with bud break occurring in mid March. March and most of April were warm, causing rapid vine growth. The end of April turned cold with several nights of frost. The weather warmed up in May with flowering in Syrah during the third week under partly cloudy skies. From June until August the weather was relatively cool, with daytime temperatures in the mid seventies to low eighties. This mild weather caused a slow ripening of the fruit, leading to a long hang-time, which allows the flavor precursors to fully develop. September gave just enough heat to fully ripen the tannins before harvest. Winemaking After harvesting and crushing in the early morning, the Syrah fruit underwent a 3-day cold soak prior to fermentation. Cap management included both pump-overs and rack and returns to aerate the must and achieve full extraction. Just prior to dryness the tank was pressed to barrel to finish fermentation and spent 18 months in American oak. Winemaker's Notes The 2002 VV2 Syrah is deep red color and exhibits cherry, plum and mocha aromas. On the palate this wine offers bright berry flavours complemented by vanilla and toast notes. Supple tannins will allow this wine to age gracefully for the next 5 years.

The VV2 Sauvignon Blanc is greenish straw in color and is intense in aromas of melon, guava, grapefruit and fig. On the palate this wine is bursting with melon and citrus flavors. This classic Sauvignon Blanc finishes with crisp and lingering citrus peel notes. The fruit for our VV2 Sauvignon Blanc is grown primarily in Rutherford at our Voss estate vineyard in and a nearby block. Our vineyard has a clay loam soil, while the other consists of a gravelly loam. Additionally, we source a little fruit from another distinguished vineyard site in Yountville. The Voss estate vineyard purchased in 1996, contains heavy clay-loam soils, which when combined with this ideal climate, produce grapes of intensely perfumed tropical fruit character. The two other vineyards are on lighter deeper loam soil. This combined with the slightly cooler climate imparts citrus and mineral flavors along with good acidity.
White Wine by Voss Vineyards from Napa Valley, California. The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc displays classic varietal aromas, flavor and texture. Aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, guava, and fresh herbs lead to a delightful combination of intense exotic and citrus fruit flavors across the palate. The lingering finish is bright and crisp.
Red Wine by Wente from Central Coast, California. This Zinfandel is from the Livermore Valley about 30 miles west of the San Francisco Bay. It has a nice berry jam flavor, smooth tannins and a lingering fruit finish. This Zinfandel was specially selected to be included into the Wente Vineyards Reserve portfolio for its color, fruit, and tannin potential. Rich, smooth, and full, this is an excellent example of Livermore Valley Zinfandel. The Smith Bench property is in the southwestern part of the Livermore Valley, where it benefi ts from warm, sunny days, and cool, foggy nights influenced by the climate of the San Francisco Bay. The rows are spaced eight feet apart, with vertical shoot positioning (VSP) to increase air flow and cause the Zinfandel to ripen perfectly. The Zinfandel vineyard was planted in 1999 with clones from the old Raboli vineyard, so it is now reaching full maturity.

Red Wine by Wild Horse from Central Coast, California. Blend: 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec, 2%Blaufrankisch, 1% Syrah Distinctive for its bold, fruit-forward character, Wild Horse 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from well-established vineyards sites in Paso Robles. Individual vineyard lots were aged separately, and then blended to create this well balanced wine. Malbec, the largest blender, enhanced the anise spice while adding richness to the mid-palate. The Blaufrankisch, an Austrian varietal from Wild Horse Estate Vineyard adds a soft roundness to the palate while adding bright fruit flavors of cherry and raspberry. Syrah, the final blender, was added to smooth out aggressive tannins on the finish while enhancing the fresh fruit characteristics. The result of this blending alchemy is a well structured Cabernet with rich aromas and flavors of blackberry, cocoa and clove, coupled with a rich mouth feel yielding smooth tannins. The vibrant acidity found in this wine makes a perfect match for a wide range of foods, including prime rib, rack of lamb, and aged cheeses.

Grapes for this bottling came from Wild Horse's estate vineyard, and the venerable Caleri vineyard in the Cienega Valley of San Benito County. The two vineyards come together to produce a wine with floral aromas of citrus and honeysuckle blossom, followed by flavors of ripe apricot, nectarine, and allspice with a flinty, mineral finish. Of the two vineyards, the Wild Horse estate lends the elegant floral tones, while the Caleri vineyard conjures spice and minerality. The barrel ferment adds the richness to the mouthfeel, while adding a hint of vanilla on the lingering finish.
